Ross leads the strategic development of Roamstead Property, overseeing business growth, finance, and the integration of our expanding family-office ecosystem.

A graduate of the University of Hong Kong with a degree in Economics and Finance, Ross began his career at the intersection of two worlds: real estate and insurance. While still an undergraduate, he entered the property industry, gaining frontline experience in sales and client advisory. Simultaneously, he developed expertise in insurance and wealth planning—an unusual combination that would later define his approach to high-net-worth service.

This dual perspective shaped his conviction: that the most valuable advice transcends a single transaction. High-end clients don't just need a property agent. They need someone who understands the full picture—asset allocation, risk management, cross-border planning.

Johnathan represents a new voice in Hong Kong’s luxury real estate landscape. As Co-Founder & Sales Partner of Roamstead Property, he is known for a client approach that is thoughtful, discreet, and highly attuned to the nuances of lifestyle-led property decisions.

A graduate of the University of Hong Kong, Johnathan established Roamstead with Ross Chan and Frankie Chi — longtime friends and former hallmates whose shared history brings a rare sense of trust, chemistry, and vision to the firm. Together, they have built a brand that reflects a more contemporary idea of luxury: one shaped by design, intellect, and personal connection.

Johnathan believes the finest properties are not merely acquired; they are understood. Whether advising on a primary residence, an investment, or a defining next move, he brings a calm confidence and refined market sensibility to every conversation.

His work is guided by a simple philosophy: that exceptional real estate service should feel seamless, personal, and considered — a natural extension of the life each client aspires to create.

Frankie Chi

Co-Founder & Design Consultant

Frankie leads Roamstead Property’s branding and design direction, shaping the company’s creative vision and long-term design strategy.

He graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a degree in Design+ under the Faculty of Architecture. Frankie currently works at an internationally acclaimed architecture firm in Tokyo, where he has contributed to the design and development of private villas, luxury resorts, and projects for international hospitality brands.

Drawing on his professional background in architecture and design, Frankie brings an architectural perspective to the real estate industry—approaching property not only as an investment asset, but as a carefully designed living environment. His multidisciplinary expertise allows Roamstead Property to bridge architecture, design, and real estate, providing clients with a more holistic approach to identifying, evaluating, and creating exceptional homes.
