Three undergraduates—one studying Economics and Finance, one trained in Engineering, one with a designer's eye—found themselves in the same residence hall, sharing late-night conversations about everything except their lectures. What they shared was a growing frustration.
When they looked at Hong Kong's property industry, they saw a gap. Not in properties—but in people. The average agent lacked the analytical rigor, the professional mindset, and he sheer caliber that high-net-worth clients deserved. Too many transactions were handled by script-readers, not thinkers. Too many "luxury" listings were marketed with hype, not substance.

That question stayed with them long after graduation.
